A name with roots
Before ForDeClub, there was a name: Forest Defenders Club.
That identity remains at the heart of the club. Forest symbolism, a curious community, and a technological outlook share the same space.
The deer is our constant. Golden antlers. A cyan visor. One eye on where we came from, the other on what we could build.
Meet the communityThe forest is our origin.
The future is an open question.

FDC / YOUR NEXT STEP
FDC is the Solana token of ForDeClub. Our direction is a community with a funded staking programme and a path to AmA research access. Here is what we are planning.
20M FDC in base rewards, allocated 7M / 6M / 4M / 3M. Rewards would depend on active stake and time, with no fixed APR.
At least 500,000 FDC in active stake for seven consecutive days, plus acceptance into the First 100. Target opening: 1 January 2027, subject to readiness.
If project buybacks are funded, 70% of purchased FDC would go to bonus rewards and 30% to burn. No purchase schedule or price appreciation is promised.
FDC is a speculative digital token. Its price can be volatile, liquidity may be limited, and it can lose all of its value. Holding FDC does not establish any entitlement to AmA trading returns, treasury distributions or future token buybacks.
This site provides project information, not investment advice or a promise of future performance. This website links to the external Pump.fun token page. Wallet connection and any purchase take place there, under its own terms; this site does not execute trades or hold your funds.
The project-designated treasury address is public. Read the on-chain record, and distinguish the current state from proposals.

Not a live balance
The treasury owns a Token-2022 account holding exactly 100,000,000 FDC. Its SOL balance is separate from its FDC holdings. Both values were checked on finalized Solana mainnet data. The project supplied the treasury address; control of its private key has not been independently verified.
Treasury allocation plan
Plan updated 25 October 2026
Based on the 100M FDC snapshot
50M vesting · 20M rewards · 20M LP · 10M other reserve.
50 MILLION / THE VESTING PLAN
A proposed split of the existing 50M FDC vesting allocation. The amounts below are inside that reserve, not extra allocations on top of the 100M treasury plan.
For long-term project needs, held under the planned treasury governance.
Additional funded rewards, separate from the existing 20M base programme.
A defined team allocation. Recipients and entitlement terms must be confirmed before funding.
Planned start: 1 November 2026. No initial release. Following a six-month wait, releases are proposed every two calendar months, from 1 May 2027 to 1 November 2028.
50M FDC totalEach release follows the same 50% / 30% / 20% split.
A scheduled service and a manual release button are planned. The caller would not choose the amounts or destinations, and a completed release could not be paid twice. If a release is delayed, only due, unpaid tranches would be available.
For the first 7.25M release: 3.625M project reserve · 2.175M staking bonus · 1.45M team. Vesting releases have no planned burn deduction. The AmA buyback 70/30 policy is separate.
Revised proposal · contract update and mainnet funding pending. The existing devnet vesting test uses an earlier four-tranche schedule. It does not implement this new plan. Final recipient addresses, exact release times, bonus distribution timing and governance terms must be confirmed and tested before funding.
Download the vesting proposal20 MILLION / FOUR YEARS
Staking is being tested on Solana devnet. The planned terms are a three-day withdrawal wait, a 0.25% withdrawal fee and weekly reward claims. The launch plan requires an announced opening time, at least 10M FDC in active stake and 7M FDC of first-year funding. Full scheduled distribution is reached at 20M FDC active stake; below that level, distribution scales down and the unallocated tokens stay in reserve. Rewards depend on active stake and time. There is no fixed or guaranteed APR.
The 20M base budget is separate from any bonus rewards. The revised vesting proposal would add 15M to the bonus reserve over time, inside the existing 50M lock allocation. This is planned funding, not a current balance or a promised payout schedule. A bonus campaign can use only tokens already deposited into its own reserve. Adding funds does not change an active campaign or previously earned rewards. The production bonus schedule is still to be decided.
The planned service uses weekly manual claims. A withdrawal request stops new rewards on that requested amount; previously earned rewards remain claimable. Any remaining active stake keeps earning. The 0.25% fee applies to withdrawn principal after launch and is intended for the designated treasury. Before activation, deposits can be cancelled without the withdrawal fee or waiting period. The staking launch date is separate from the vesting start.
The 10M threshold is a one-time launch condition. After activation, distribution continues to scale with active stake even if it drops below 10M. At or above 20M, the scheduled budget is shared across the active pool. Unallocated rewards remain in reserve; they are not automatically caught up or added to the end of the four-year schedule.
The planned buyback policy allocates 70% of actually purchased FDC to bonus rewards and 30% to burn. Purchase funding and timing remain undecided; no buyback programme is represented as operating. A token cannot be both burned and paid as a reward. The 20M LP allocation is the FDC side; a paired asset budget and liquidity deployment still need decisions. The 10M other reserve is FDC, not a reported SOL balance.
A dedicated staking page is planned within the ForDeClub website. You would connect your own Solana wallet there, review a deposit, claim available rewards and request a withdrawal. Your wallet would ask you to approve each transaction.
The staking service is currently being tested on devnet. Mainnet deposits are not open on this site. The future wallet interface will be separate from the public treasury and vesting records; project funding and administrative controls are not part of the ordinary staking screen.
Buying FDC does not stake it automatically. Do not send tokens directly to the published treasury or AmA addresses to stake or apply for access.
FUTURE BUYBACKS / PLANNED POLICY
The 20M FDC base reward budget stays unchanged. If project-funded buybacks take place, the FDC actually purchased would follow this split.
For example, 1M FDC bought back would mean 700,000 FDC for bonus rewards and 300,000 FDC burned. This is a plan, not a record of completed purchases. Funding, purchase timing and bonus campaign duration are still to be decided. Only funded campaigns can distribute rewards.
AmA is planned as an external funder with no control over staking deposits. The contribution-and-burn flow has been tested on devnet; market purchases and mainnet funding are not operating. The 70/30 policy applies to contributed FDC, not to revenue or stakers’ deposits. No guaranteed buybacks, APR or token appreciation.
The club meets the technology
Independent by design.
Connected by purpose.
The AmA philosophy
AmA is an independent project exploring AI research and automated trading systems.
Its world is unmistakable: enormous black-red research facilities and a small silver-white robot with a curious mind.
A potential collaboration with ForDeClub could connect technical research and community ideas. The identities remain separate, and any future arrangement needs its own clearly published scope.
Research is not a promise of trading performance. There are no guaranteed profits, returns or token appreciation.
AmA / PUBLIC WALLET DISCLOSURE
This address is designated for the AmA bot’s funds and operations. It is separate from the ForDeClub main treasury and is not a staking deposit or early-access payment address.
GgdSmL6ZFu4V4PsJX8gc45j6NGYhmeJ3bBADWRFhkfTJOwner-provided address. AmA is planned as an independent external funder using its own funds. The agreed contribution policy directs 70% of contributed FDC to staking bonus funding and 30% to burn. This gives AmA no authority over user deposits, treasury spending or contract upgrades. Wallet control and operating activity have not been independently verified; no recurring purchases or trading profits are promised.
AmA / Planned early access
A planned research-access group for eligible FDC stakers, limited to 100 approved participants.
TARGET OPENING 01.01.20271 January 2027 · tentative
Maintain at least 500,000 FDC in active stake for seven consecutive days. Pending withdrawals and unclaimed rewards would not count toward the threshold.
Planned, not live. Opening depends on security review, funded mainnet staking and service readiness. The seven-day qualification must be completed before access; no staking start date is confirmed.
Register interest now. This form does not check your stake, reserve a place or grant access. Acceptance and continued eligibility would both be required. Do not send tokens to apply.
A view of current work and intended milestones. Dates are targets; security, funding and readiness determine what can open.
Test deposits, rewards, withdrawals and the 70/30 funding flow with valueless tokens. Next: implement and test the revised vesting schedule and direct routing into three separate reserves.
Complete security review and wallet testing. Select treasury signers, contract authorities and fee recipients, then publish verified production addresses and funded reserves. Access qualification also needs implementation.
No initial release. The revised proposal uses ten decreasing releases every two months after 1 May 2027, with the first release on that date. The 50M total would be split into 25M project reserve, 15M staking bonus and 10M team. Contract implementation and mainnet funding are pending.
The First 100: at least 500,000 FDC in active stake for seven consecutive days, plus acceptance. Opening depends on a reviewed, funded staking service and a ready AmA product. The date may move.
Read the planned access requirements ↗Plan the 20M FDC side of liquidity with separately funded paired assets. If buybacks are funded, allocate purchased FDC 70% to bonus rewards and 30% to burn, with public transaction records. No fixed purchase schedule is promised.
The proposed first release is 7.25M FDC: 3.625M project reserve, 2.175M staking bonus and 1.45M team. Nine smaller releases would follow every two months, ending 1 November 2028. Fixed destinations and exact times must be confirmed before funding.
